The customer hereby agrees on the following terms:
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Phoenix Home. The email will include details about the items purchased, shipping information, and estimated delivery time if necessary.
Payment: Full payment is required for all orders. Payments can be made through credit card, online banking (BDO and BPI), and online payment services (Maya).
Products: Most of Phoenix Home’s furniture pieces are made of solid wood but there are pieces that require the use of other materials due to structural purposes. Phoenix Home products are constructed with different wood species from varying origins with different characteristics such as grain and density.
Wood is a natural product and minimal variations in color and texture are normal and acceptable. Phoenix Home furniture is also susceptible to long term discoloration due to exposure to the elements, particularly direct sunlight (especially for Ducco finished item/s).
The customer accepts that any exposure to the elements due to improper placement of the furniture post-delivery is their responsibility.
Products Availability: Products from Phoenix Home are made to order unless stated that they are on hand and readily available. Phoenix Home follows a strict production lead time for made-to-order item/s. The lead time for the production of furniture depends on the number of items ordered. It takes 30 to 45 working days for orders of ten (10) pieces below and 45 to 60 working days for orders of ten (10) and above pieces. Note that the working days do not include weekends and holidays.
Custom and bespoke pieces: Phoenix Home allows customization of existing design and offers manufacturing of bespoke furniture pieces. For bespoke pieces, customers should provide specific requirements.
For custom designs based on a photo reference, the final outcome may differ from the image. Exact results require working drawings or precise measurements for all parts. Without these, our designers will estimate parts based on the photo and standard measurements.
For customers requesting for full size furniture drawings and furniture mock-ups, there will be an additional charge and formal request for this additional service. Revisions/alterations from approved specifications requested by customer after confirmation of order may incur additional charges on customer’s account. This may also lengthen the original production lead time.
All changes in specifications or additional technical instruction will not be entertained unless covered with a written request by a representative and confirmed by Phoenix Home. Additional charges may be incurred for changes in specifications.
Warranty: Phoenix Home furniture pieces are covered with a six-month warranty for factory defects. This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, damage from abnormal use, neglect, or modifications. Repair costs are the customer’s responsibility if these conditions are not met. Phoenix Home will only accept repairs within Metro Manila; customers outside of Metro Manila must cover the shipping costs to and from the factory. The warranty only applies to items made by Phoenix Home.
Returns and refund: Phoenix Home will not accept any cancellation, change of item or refund once the order has been confirmed.
Packaging: As our standard, all Phoenix Home furniture pieces are delivered with packaging using plastic and bubble wrap. For customers requesting additional packaging using corrugated carton or wood crate, please inform the sales team if this is required. An additional fee of 2% of the total price may apply for the extra packaging.
Delivery: Phoenix Home offers a free delivery service for customers within Rockwell and Bel-Air areas. Deliveries within Metro Manila will incur a flat rate of PHP1,500. For orders outside Metro Manila, the customer can communicate with Phoenix Home regarding their preferred delivery method.
For customers who prefer their own forwarder, Phoenix Home will not be responsible to coordinate with the forwarder. Customers shall be the one to coordinate with the forwarder and inform Phoenix Home regarding the details of the delivery.
Delivery Accessibility: The customer is responsible for evaluating the intended location of the furniture and the access of the area. Phoenix Home will not be liable for any difficulty or failure to deliver the item/s to the intended area.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events like natural disasters, war, or pandemic. Phoenix Home is not liable for delays caused by such factors. It is also best to ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid additional delays.
Delivery Inspection: Phoenix Home requires full inspection by the customer or a representative and removal of packaging upon delivery. Phoenix Home is not responsible for the customer’s failure to do so. It is highly recommended that the person who ordered should receive the item/s upon delivery. Phoenix Home requires full inspection by the customer or a representative before signing the transmittal form.
Should there be a problem with the item/s, customers should not accept the delivery. The customer should note down the concerns on the transmittal form. Any return after delivery will be at the customer’s expense. A pickup and delivery charge of 1,000.00 should apply for deliveries within Metro Manila. Transportation charges from outside of Metro Manila will be on the customer’s account.
Product Care: To ensure the longevity of your Phoenix Home furniture, please follow the recommended care instructions provided. Regularly clean and maintain the furniture and avoid exposing it to harsh conditions or extreme temperatures. Use appropriate cleaning products and methods for the specific materials of your furniture. Improper care or neglect may affect the warranty coverage and the furniture’s durability.
