What's the difference between Phoenix Home and Phoenix Home Interiors?

Phoenix Home Interiors is a studio that offers interior design consultation, while Phoenix Home is a manufacturing company that provides furniture pieces. Clients can choose one of these services or both.

How do I inquire about your interior design service?

Where is your furniture manufactured?

Our furniture pieces are meticulously handcrafted by our artisans in Angeles, Pampanga.

What type of wood do you use for the furniture?

We use FSC-certified Okoume (African Tanguile) for most of our furniture pieces. We also offer other solid wood options for special orders, such as mahogany, walnut, and ashwood.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online catalog, ‘add to cart’ the products you’re interested in, and select your preferred payment option. Once your details are placed and submitted, the transaction is complete.

Do you allow furniture customization?

Yes, we can customize our existing design based on the client’s preferred size, material, and finish. You may send us your specific requirements, and we will walk you through the process.

Is there an additional cost for custom furniture?

Yes, there could be  additional costs for customizing an existing furniture piece. The additional cost is based on the size, materials, and finishes used in the customization process. A clear breakdown of these costs will be provided to you before we confirm your order.

Can you manufacture our design?

Yes, we make bespoke furniture for our clients. Just send us your working drawing of the furniture. If you don’t have the working drawings, you can give us the reference, the dimensions, and other details such as your preferred materials and finishes, so we can quote the furniture accordingly.

Are the products posted readily available?

Most products from Phoenix Home are made to order unless it is stated that they are on hand and readily available.

What is the lead time for your furniture?

The lead time for the production of our furniture depends on the number of items ordered. It takes 30 to 45 working days for orders of ten (10) pieces below and 45 to 60 working days for orders of ten (10) and above pieces. Note that the working days do not include weekends and holidays.

How can I track my order?

You can communicate with us via Instagram DM (@phoenixhome) or email toni@nixalanon.com to keep track of your orders.

What are your delivery and pick-up options?

We offer delivery service within Metro Manila for a standard fee of PHP 1,500. The delivery fee varies if you are outside Metro Manila.

For pick-up items, it can be picked up via the delivery courier of your choice. Phoenix Home will provide the necessary details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however, the client shall arrange the shipping process. Phoenix Home will not be responsible for coordinating with the courier. The client shall inform us of the delivery details.

Do you allow returns and exchanges?

No. All sales are final.

Do you offer furniture consultations?

We are open to questions or inquiries via Instagram DM or email, but note that this is not a full consultation. We offer full consultations for clients with existing orders.

Do you have a showroom?

No, but you may set an appointment to visit our studio for furniture viewing.

Do you offer a product warranty?

We assure you that our furniture pieces are made with excellence and high quality. Nonetheless, we offer a product warranty of six (6) months. Please note that the warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, damage from abnormal use, neglect, or modification of the furniture.

What other products do you offer?

We offer home decor and accessories in addition to furniture.

How do I care for my furniture?

You can take care of your furniture by dusting it regularly using a soft cloth to avoid scratches, being gentle when moving the furniture around, and noting sunlight exposure, as it can result in spotting where bright and dark spots appear in the wood.
